At Politec, a specialized operational unit is responsible for providing consulting services in business management and the Project Management Office. The team is composed of professionals certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) with proven experience in large and complex project management.

The Project Management Office offers the following principal services: implementation of project and program offices in organizations; recruitment and selection of expert staff; and regulation plus the development of key corporate processes. In addition, the team also performs accompanying auditing and project monitoring activities.
